However, if you'd like to use your own domain — e.g. pizza-xyz.com/order — we'll set that up for you. A custom domain strengthens your branding and improves your Google ranking.
- Can I change the menu at any time?: Yes. Prices, dishes, categories and availability can be changed anytime via the simple backend in real-time — no coding skills needed and no waiting. No ticket, no support required.
- Which payment methods are supported?: Your shop supports all common payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and Klarna. Transaction fees can optionally be passed to the customer via the transaction fee pass-through.
- How long does the setup take?: Setup typically takes 3–7 business days. During this time, we configure your design, menu, delivery zones and payment methods together. You don't need to code anything — we handle everything.

The branded ordering app appears under your name in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Both products use the same ordering system. Many of our clients start with the shop and upgrade to the app later. Shop + App together from €149/month.
- Do you help with getting found on Google?: Yes. Your shop is technically SEO-optimized — with title tags, meta descriptions and structured data that Google understands. We also support you in setting up or optimizing your Google Business Profile so customers can access your shop directly from Google Search.
