What does a QR code flyer cost for my restaurant?

The first 2,500 flyers are free and included in every package. After that you only pay for printing by quantity: from €65 for 2,500 pieces to €1,117 for 50,000 pieces (net, plus VAT, including printing, bleed, individual QR code and shipping within Germany). Individual quantities are available on request at any time.

How quickly are the flyers produced and delivered?

After design approval, the standard production time is 3–5 working days, plus 1–2 days shipping within Germany. Express production is available at extra cost — for urgent campaigns (e.g. opening, special promotion) we deliver within 48 hours.

Can I connect the QR code flyer to my existing webshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you already use a Gastro Master webshop or ordering app, the QR code flyer add-on is immediately ready. The codes are automatically linked to your system — no setup, no integration, no developers needed.

Do I need my own ordering app for the QR code flyer?

Accepted Answer

No, an app is not a prerequisite. The QR code can lead directly to your webshop — guests order immediately in the browser, without a download. If you also have an app, it opens automatically if installed — otherwise the webshop takes over (smart fallback).

What print quality do the flyers have?

Accepted Answer

All flyers are produced on high-quality 250 g/m² coated paper with 4/4-colour printing (Euroscale, CMYK). Format: DIN A6. Finish: choose between matte or glossy.

How can I use the flyer to target customers with special offers?

Accepted Answer

The QR code leads directly to your shop or app. You can note a coupon code on the flyer (e.g. 'Flyer20' for 20% off). The customer enters this code directly when ordering in your shop — this makes it easier for them to get away from expensive platforms and saves them time. Your system is thus many times more direct and cheaper than delivery platforms.

How do I make sure my flyers actually drive revenue?

In the Gastro Master dashboard you can see live per flyer campaign: number of scans, resulting orders, revenue and the effective cost-per-order. After just a few days you can see which areas, audiences or promotions perform — and order reprints only where the flyer pays off.
